Biography
Julio Blanco received a Ph.D. degree in industrial engineering from the University of the Basque Country, Spain. He has been the Director of the Chair of Innovation, Technology and Knowledge Management at University of La Rioja. He currently works as a Full Professor at the Department of Mechanical Engineering.
