This paper examines the link between creative and innovative leadership and FinTech adoption through the transmission mechanisms of perceived ease of use (PEOU) and perceived usefulness (PU). This study used a questionnaire survey method to collect data from a sample of 721 employees working in the Indian financial services sector. The data were analyzed using structural equation modelling. The study results revealed a significant and positive influence of creative and innovative leadership, PEOU, and PU on FinTech adoption. Moreover, PEOU and PU mediated the link between creative and innovative leadership and FinTech adoption. This study proposes a new vision for managerial procedures to understand the critical aspects regarding FinTech adoption. The study advises that engineering managers should offer simple and user-friendly technology to enhance the adoption rate. Additionally, the results suggest the importance of creative and innovative leadership for competitively exploiting novel technologies. Given India’s digital revolution and huge market potential, the FinTech sector could prove a game-changer, especially in generating employment for the young and technologically qualified population. Tech-driven organizations could use the study findings strategically in this digital era.

The most recent innovation to make FinTech more generally accessible and reasonably priced with the primary objective of financial inclusion is Mobile Money (MoMo). This study examines the role of mobile money in arousing entrepreneurial intention among women belonging to northern India, in addition to studying the mediating role of financial inclusion between mobile money and women entrepreneurial intention. The current study addresses Fin Tech (Mobile Money), financial inclusion and women entrepreneurial intention. To undertake the study, we considered 399 respondents and performed structural equation modelling analysis. The outcomes support mobile money as a proxy for FinTech adoption exerts a positive influence on women entrepreneurial intention. Besides, the results indicate that MoMo positively influences financial inclusion. The results also showed a favourable relationship between financial inclusion and women entrepreneurial intention. Furthermore, the estimated model supported the hypothesis, financial inclusion mediates the MoMo and women entrepreneurial intention link.

Introduction: The study explores blockchain technology as a disruptive innovation in digital advertising, emphasizing its role in enhancing transparency, minimizing advertising clutter, and improving return on investment among Indian firms. Methods: Primary data were collected through a structured questionnaire from 220 technology-oriented firms in Jammu and Kashmir. The study employed exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and canonical correlation analysis to examine relationships among incremental innovation, decision aid, technology trust, perceived disruptive value, and technology adoption. Results: Findings reveal that incremental innovation, decision aid, and technology trust significantly influence perceived disruptive value, which in turn correlates positively with technology adoption. Minimizing advertising clutter and improving control and transparency emerged as key adoption factors. Discussion: The results highlight blockchain’s potential to reduce inefficiencies and enhance credibility in online advertising. The study contributes to early empirical understanding of blockchain adoption and its disruptive potential in digital marketing.
