Considering the growing of high alarm signals on environmental issues, the implementation of green, sustainable, responsible investments has become a priority for each organization, in addition to maximizing profits and harmonious development with the environment. The purpose of this study is to examine the importance of implementing green investments within organizations and to identify the drivers that influence decisions for the implementation of green investments. In order to achieve this, two types of analyses were used: bibliometric analysis and systematic analysis, researching the representative studies in the field. The search was carried out for the period 1990–2020, and the analyzed sample comprised 444 articles. Following the application of the two methods of analysis, the results show that in the last 6 years the interest of companies in green investments has increased significantly, organizations being concerned with the efficient use of resources and environmental issues. This research highlights the internal and external drivers over which companies have a higher or lower control, as the case may be, in order to involve in green investments. The article offers new pathways for future research on this matter. Therefore, future research may develop a detailed description of the identified drivers for green investment. In addition, further research can calculate the level of the drivers’ impact on green investment and can identify that certain drivers should be more attentively treated. Moreover, subsequent works in this field can continue to identify new drivers or new ways of promoting the already identified drivers in the present research. Consequently, green investment could produce positive effects related to the reduction of pollution and global warming.
In a turbulent economic environment, marked by multiple challenges and changes at every step, organizations must adapt their management system, in order to maintain or even increase their productivity, as well as their competitive advantage. All the activities carried out within an organization are based on a series of managerial decisions, dependent on each other, by which the objectives and the modalities of action are determined, ensuring the economic-financial balance. Frequently, the activities carried out within an organization are changing, as the circumstances and characteristics of the business environment increasingly suffers transformations, thus it is necessary that the decision-making processes be updated. Therefore, the employees of the companies must be prepared to organize their activity in a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous world - the VUCA world. Above the decision environment, are manifested a series of indirect and direct influences (interdependent variables, constraints and limit situations) that affect the result of the decisions adopted within the different levels of management in organizations. Thus, the present paper aims to determine and investigate the factors that influence the characteristics of the decision situations, regardless of the type of decisions adopted within an organization. The present study consists in analyzing the results obtained after applying an online questionnaire to researchers from Doctoral Schools and students of Project Management, from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, who work in different areas of activity. After the statistical processing of the results obtained regarding the decision systems in the VUCA world, this paper aims to highlight the most important changes that occur in decision-making processes representing a key element for organizations in which managers have to make decisions on a daily basis, in order to ensure the economic performance, despite all the disruptions that occur.

In terms of education, the changes include, but are not limited to, curriculum revisions, the provision of technology resources and infrastructure, changes in the academic calendar, and policies regarding instructional delivery and assessment. To limit the spread of the pandemic, universities, institutes and academic schools had to switch to online education using available educational platforms. This has been reflected in the emergence of numerous publications dealing with the subject. The study aims at the quantitative evaluation of the research carried out and published in the field of e-lerning in the university environment in the context of the pandemic crisis, starting from a comprehensive bibliometric analysis based on Scopus publications. The distribution of published papers in terms of years, authors, institutions, countries, journals, the network of co-authors, co-citations, and the cooccurrence of keywords is discussed. The main conclusions regarding the research trends in the field are drawn. The study represents a useful resource for those interested in the field of e-lerning in the academic environment in the context of COVID-19 that captures the main changes produced in the field and the potential research directions.
