Khadija Akarid is a professor of Immunology and a coordinator of the Molecular Genetics and Immunophysiopathology Research Team at the Ain Chock Faculty of Sciences of Hassan II University of Casablanca, Morocco. She received her Ph.D. degree in immunology at Paris VII University, France (1996). Her research topics are focused on immune responses to infectious diseases. She is a founding member of the Moroccan Society of Immunology (SMI).
