Biography
Erlend M. Coates received the BSc degree in automation engineering from Ålesund University College, Norway, in 2013, and the MSc degree in cybernetics and robotics from the Department of Engineering Cybernetics, NTNU, Norway, in 2017, where he is currently pursuing the PhD degree. He has previously worked as a software developer and manufacturing engineer at Rolls-Royce Marine, and as a flight control engineer at Sevendof AS. His research interests include nonlinear and adaptive motion control with a focus on unmanned aerial vehicles.
