Dr. Mohammad Alkhatib obtained his bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences "Medical Analysis" from the University of Jordan in 2013, followed by a master’s degree in Public Health “Physical Activity and Health Promotion” and Ph.D. in Microbiology, Immunology, Infectious Diseases, Organ Transplant, and Related Diseases, from Medicine faculty of the University of Rome "Tor Vergata", in Jan 2021. Dr. Alkhatib is currently a Postdoctoral research fellow at the same University. He has over 4.5 years of experience in clinical and scientific research focusing on studying Hepatitis viruses, SARS-CoV-2 and HIV.
