Dr. Chung-Jen Wang is a Professor in the Department of Hotel and Restaurant Management at National Pingtung University of Science and Technology (NPUST), Taiwan. He has served at NPUST as Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and currently as Professor, and previously held the position of Assistant Professor in the Department of Hospitality Management at MingDao University. Dr. Wang has also been a Visiting Scholar at George Washington University in the United States. His research interests include hospitality management, hospitality education, applied science education, and knowledge management. His scholarly work has appeared or has been accepted for publication in leading journals such as Tourism Management, International Journal of Hospitality Management, Service Business, and International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, as well as in other refereed conference proceedings.
