Dr. Ilias Mahmud is an assistant professor of public health at the College of Public Health and Health Informatics, Qassim University, Saudi Arabia. He has an academic background in public health, epidemiology, and disability studies. Dr. Mahmud’s research portfolio is largely focused on non-communicable disease epidemiology and disability. His research interests include public health, global health, epidemiology, health promotion, disability and rehabilitation, and primary health care. Dr. Mahmud has a range of research methodological experience with expertise in quantitative research and approaches. His teaching experience extends across both undergraduate and postgraduate public health at all year levels.
