Prof. Dr. No-Wook Park is a Full Professor in the Department of Geoinformatic Engineering at Inha University. He earned his B.S. in Earth Science, M.S. in Applied Geophysics, and Ph.D. in Environmental Geoinformatics from Seoul National University, Republic of Korea, in 1997, 1999, and 2004, respectively. From June 2000 to August 2008, he served as a Senior Researcher at the Korea Institute of Geoscience and Mineral Resources (KIGAM) in Daejeon, Korea. He was also a Visiting Scholar at the Department of Geography, University of California, Santa Barbara, USA, in 2008 and again in 2015. His research interests include geostatistics/spatial statistics, remote sensing, and the application of machine learning and AI in environmental geoinformatics.
