PhD in the field of Management Science, Associate Professor at Wrocław University of Economics and Business My scientific interests concentrate on problems of human resources management in the conditions of nonstandard employment and in multi-entity structures. Apart from that I’m interested in the phenomenon of employing migrants from Ukraine in enterprises operating on the Polish labor market. Also I’m interested in public management, but rather in teaching activities than in researches. I’m the author of over 70 scientific publications.
