Sengnolotha Marak is a research scholar in Food and Nutrition, Amity University, U.P., Noida, India. She completed her Masters in Food Nutrition and Dietetics from the Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences, Allahabad, U.P., India in 2014. Her area of interest includes people and their food and culture, sports nutrition, food product development and healthy eating awareness. She has work experience in the field of nutrition as a Clinical Nutritionist and Sports Nutritionist, and is involved in diet planning and nutritional counseling. Her current research is on medicinal plant profiling and the development of food products.
