Prof. Fan Zhang received the B.E. degree in communication engineering from the Civil Aviation University of China, Tianjin, China, in 2002, the M.S. degree in signal and information processing from Beihang University, Beijing, China, in 2005, and the Ph.D. degree in signal and information processing from Institute of Electronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, in 2008. He is a Full Professor of electronic and information engineering with the Beijing University of Chemical Technology, Beijing. His research interests are remote sensing image processing, high-performance computing, and artificial intelligence. Prof. Zhang is also an Associate Editor of IEEE Access and a Reviewer of the IEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing, the IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Applied Earth Observations and Remote Sensing, the IEEE Geoscience and Remote Sensing Letters, and the Journal of Radars.
