My name is Ioana Anca Ştefanopol and I have 22 years of experience as a pediatric surgeon and pediatric orthopedist in Romania. I graduated the "Carol Davila" University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Bucharest and during the residency I had the opportunity to learn under the guidance of professor Alexandru Pesamosca, at "Marie Curie" Clinical Emergency Hospital for Children in Bucharest. I graduated "summa cum laude" my doctoral thesis "Diagnostic and treatment strategies in pediatric ovarian cystic lesions". At present I work in the "Sfantul Ioan"Clinical Emergency Hospital for Children from Galati and I am also Lecturer at the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy, "Dunarea de Jos" University from Galati.
