Author Simona Eliza Giusca is assistant professor in the Department of Morpho-functional Sciences I, at the “Grigore T. Popa” University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Iasi and is a consultant in pathology in the Pathology Department, at the "Dr. C. I. Parhon" Clinical Hospital Iasi. Based on a solid expertise in immunohistochemistry and computerized morphometry, her research works aims to characterize the pathologic background of diseases, from microscopic morphology to molecular specificity.
