I have more than 20 years of experience on polymer science (chemistry and physics), thermoplastics, thermosetting formulation, design and optimization of fire retardant solutions for polymers and polymer composites, development of intumescent coatings, study of composites long term performance in agressive environments, polymer processing, (RTM, Resin infussion, and pultrusion. A few months ago I joined SIKA to work in a team that is developing novel, best performance nad more sustainbale 2C Structural adhesives for civil engineering and construction market. I am always eager to apply the skills and experience that I have gained on these areas to new challenging projects.
