Qigang Zhu received the M.S. degree in Computer Science and Technology from Shandong University of Science and Technology, China, in 2003. Currently, he is an Associate Professor with the Department of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, Shandong University of Science and Technology, China. His current research interests include digital image processing and communication technology.
