Joseph Mango is the Assistant Lecturer at the Department of Transportation and Geotechnical Engineering, University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Currently, he pursues PhD studies in Cartography and GIS at East China Normal University, Shanghai. Prior to PhD studies, he graduated masters of science in geomatics engineering from Karadeniz Technical University, Turkey and a bachelor of science in geomatics from Ardhi University, Tanzania. He has published several scientific articles majoring in land surveying, GIS and Remote sensing. He is a consultant in his land surveying field and also, he is registered as an environmental expert by the National Environmental Management Council (NEMC) in Tanzania.
