Gaoling Ma was born in Zhoukou, Henan Province, China. He is a Ph. D candidate in School of Mechanical and Precision Instrument Engineering, Xi’an University of Technology(since September 2018). His research focuses on ultra-precision polishing of SiC wafer by combination of plasma electrolytic processing and mechanical polishing.
