Hyun-Sook Kim is a Professor of Food and Nutrition at Sookmyun Women's University, the President-Elect of the International Union of Nutritional Sciences (IUNS), a former president of the Korean Nutrition Society, the Korean Association of Gerontology and Geriatrics, and also a full member of the National Academy of Medicine of Korea. Her research interests are nutrition with metabolism, obesity, anti-aging, menopause, and human health.
