Marco Catto is an Associate Professor of Medicinal Chemistry at the University of Bari Aldo Moro. He graduated with a degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the University of Bari Aldo Moro in 1995, and obtained his Ph.D. in Medicinal Chemistry in 2002 from the same university. In 2005, he completed a post-doctoral fellowship in Medicinal Chemistry at the University of Bari Aldo Moro. From 2006 to 2015, he was a researcher at the Department of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of Bari Aldo Moro, and he became an Associate Professor in 2015. His research interests span from the design of multitarget-directed ligands for neurodegenerative diseases and tumors to the setup of in vitro bioanalytical methods.
