Emilian Mosnegutu holds an Engineering PhD and is an Associate Professor at the Department of Environmental Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, at the “Vasile Alecsandri” University of Bacau. Since 1998, his research domains has included mechanical engineering and environmental engineering, as well as waste management, statistical analysis, mathematical modeling, and imaging analysis.
