Kong Wei (1977- ), PHD, professor of Shanghai Maritime University, received the PhD degree in the Pattern Recognition and Intelligence System from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China, in 2005. After her graduation, she joined the College of Information Engineering of Shanghai Maritime University, 2015 she served as a professor of bioinformatics. From 2007 to 2008, she worked as a visitor scholar in Biomedical Informatics Lab at the Harvard Medical School & Harvard University, USA. Her currently research interests lie in the bioinformatics areas including genomics data analysis, pathway and regulatory network reconstruction of dementia and cancers.
