Dr Vladimir Filipović, a senior research fellow working at the University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Technology Novi Sad, Serbia, has a PhD in Technology Engineering and vast experience in food science and technology. He specializes in different food material dehydration techniques and especially in their combinations, with a special interest in dehydrated material application in innovative food products. He also has interest and experience in the application of complex statistical analysis in food science and technology.
