Undergraduate student at the Faculty of Pharmacy of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (started 2016). I am currently completing my studies and by July 2021, I will complete the 5-year curriculum (300 ECTS-equivalent to Masters) with a total of 46 mandatory courses, 8 laboratory-based practical courses, 14 elective courses, a one-year thesis (30 ECTS) and finally a practical internship in both a community and a hospital pharmacy. Currently working on my thesis in the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry. Highly interested in Medicinal Chemistry; organic synthesis, design of novel active compounds, lead optimization, structure-activity relationships and spectroscopical analysis. Planning to expand my knowledge and expertise in the field of Medicinal Chemistry by pursuing a postgraduate program by the time I complete my undergraduate studies.
