About Me
Dr. Samer Mudalal received his Ph.D. in food science and biotechnology from Bologna University, Italy. Currently, he is assistant professor in the department of nutrition and food technology. He has more than 25 publications in peer journals in the field of food science and biotechnology. Moreover, Dr. Mudalal has participated in several international conferences in Europe and was awarded several research grants. Dr. Mudalal has worked as a quality control, production, and R&D manager in different sectors of the food industry.
