Sirithon Siriamornpun is affiliated with the Research Unit of Thai Food Innovation, Department of Food Technology, Faculty of Technology, Mahasarakham University, Thailand. Her research focuses on food innovation, food chemistry, and the characterization of bioactive compounds from plant and marine resources. She has extensive expertise in metabolite analysis, antioxidant evaluation, and the development of functional food products with enhanced nutritional and health-promoting properties. Her work integrates traditional food resources with modern analytical technologies to support value-added food innovation and sustainable food systems.
