V González (M) earned a PhD in the biotechnology of plants in from the Center for Research and Advanced Studies of the National Polytechnic Institute (LANGEBIO-CINVESTAV-IPN, Mexico). He is a postdoctoral fellow at CICY, Mexico, and is currently a researcher at CONACyT-CIAD, Hidalgo Regional Unity (2018-present). He is working on the plant immunology responses of maize landraces.
