Dr. Meritxell García-Quintanilla is a Miguel Servet contract in Clinical Microbiology at the Instituto de Investigación Sanitaria Fundación Jiménez Díaz. She completed her BSc studies in Biology at the University of Seville (2003), MSc studies in Genetics and Microbial Genetics at the University of Seville (2005), and PhD studies in Biology at the Department of Genetics, the University of Seville (2010). Her areas of interest include Antibiotic Resistance, Bacteriology, Molecular Microbiology, Antibiotics, Antimicrobials, Phage Therapy, Bacterial Antibiotic Resistance, Alternative Therapies, General Microbiology Microbial Molecular Biology, and Antimicrobial Resistance Microbial Isolation.
