Paraskevi Koletsi is a biologist and currently a PhD candidate at the Aquaculture and Fisheries Group at Wageningen University. Her project deals with the impact of mycotoxins on aquatic farmed fish species, using rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) as a model species.
