Dr.ssa Pittaro Alessandra has worked in the Pathology Laboratory in Città della salute e della Scienza, Turin, since January 2020. After growing up in Turin, she attended the University of Turin where she received a degree in 2014 with a thesis on pathological anatomy on meningiomas. She then completed her Anatomic and Clinical Pathology Residency at the University of Milan. Her primary interest is in general surgical pathology and her focus always on breast pathology; she also works in a multidisciplinary group about breast and lung cancer and takes part in the regional transplant team.
