Ana Vázquez-Casares, RN, PhD from the University of León, holds a Master’s degree in Research in Psychology and Education and is an expert in Critical Care and Emergency Nursing. Her career has focused on emergency and prehospital care, and she currently teaches in the Nursing Degree and the Master’s in Critical Care and Emergency Nursing at the University of León. Her research centers on optimizing performance and developing competencies through clinical simulation, with several published articles in this field. She is a member of the SEMES Clinical Simulation Group and the Spanish Society of Clinical Simulation, recognized for her work in integrating simulation as an educational and evaluative tool in nursing.
