Dr Yang Zhan is currently a lecturer in Hunan Agricultural University, Changsha, China. He was once a visiting scholar in the National Institutes of Health during 2014–2015. His research mainly focuses on molecular biology of animal viruses and animal vaccine development. He receives funds from the government departments and companies. He is the author of 34 publications, such as Journal of Virology, Journal of general virology, etc.
