About Me
Prof. Dr. Agostino Sevi has been a full professor in Animal Science (SSD AGR/19) at the Department of Agriculture, Food, Natural Resources and Engineer DAFNE, University of Foggia since December 2003. From 2001 to 2003, he was an associate professor, and from 1993 to 2001, he was a researcher at the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Foggia. He obtained a Ph.D. in “Science and technology of animal production in difficult areas" at the Department of Animal Production of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Bari in 1993. His main scientific interests concern the study of strategies to improve the safety and quality of animal food products and animal welfare evaluation.
