About Me
I am Mechanical Engineer since 1997 and Doctor degree since 2002. I joined the Department of Thermal and Fluid Engineering at UPCT University from 1997 to 2001. Then I moved to Miguel Hernández University of Elche and at presente I am full professor since 2020.
I have written 32 scientific articles, 30 indexed JCR, 24 of them in the first quartile (Q1), 1040 citations. In addition, I have published 11 popular science articles.
I have participated in 45 Scientific Congresses and I have given 82 Technical Presentations.
I have participated in 10 R&D Projects of competitive calls (Main Researcher in 3) and in 26 contracts with companies. I am the author of 10 technical books on different topics: solar thermal energy, instrumentation, hydraulic circuits, gas heat pumps, energy efficiency in facilities. I have participated by writing chapters in 5 books related to thermal installations in buildings. I have written 6 Official Energy Efficiency Guides.
Since June 2020 I have been President of the Technical Committee of the Spanish Technical Association for Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (ATECYR).
