Agnès Fleury is currently a researcher at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and the Instituto Nacional de Neurología y Neurocirugía. She is a neurologist and is mainly interested in several aspects (epidemiology, diagnosis, treatment, prevention) of neurocysticercosis. She is also concerned with the study of neuroinflammation in several neurological diseases, in particular neurocysticercosis. She is the author of numerous articles and chapters and is an honorary reviewer for the Journal of Neuroinfectious Diseases and other leading journals.
