Dr. Sitalakshmi Venkatraman earned her Ph.D. in Computer Science. She has more than 35 years of work experience both in industry and academics in India, Singapore, New Zealand, and Australia. She specialises in applying efficient computing models and data mining techniques for various industry problems and recently in the e-business, e-security, and e-health domains. She has published nine book chapters and more than 150 research papers in internationally well-known refereed journals and conferences. She is a Senior Member of professional societies and editorial boards of international journals and serves as Program Committee Member of several international conferences.
