In recent years, agricultural image processing research has been a key emphasis. Image processing techniques are used by computers to analyze images. New advancements in image capture and data processing have simplified the resolution of a wide range of agricultural concerns. Crop disease classification and identification are crucial for the agricultural industry’s technical and commercial well-being. In agriculture, image processing begins with a digital color picture of a diseased leaf. Plant health and disease detection must be monitored on a regular basis in property agriculture. Plant diseases have had a tremendous impact on civilization and the Earth as a whole. Extensions of detection strategies and classification methods try to identify and categorize each ailment that affects the plant rather than focusing on a single disease among several illnesses and symptoms. This article describes a new support vector machine and image processing-enabled approach for detecting and classifying grape leaf disease. The given architecture includes steps for image capture, denoising, enhancement, segmentation, feature extraction, classification, and detection. Image denoising is conducted using the mean function, image enhancement is performed using the CLAHE method, pictures are segmented using the fuzzy C Means algorithm, features are retrieved using PCA, and images are eventually classed using the PSO SVM, BPNN, and random forest algorithms. The accuracy of PSO SVM is higher in performing classification and detection of grape leaf diseases.
This paper presents an image Steganography algorithm that can work for cover images of multiple formats. Having a single algorithm for multiple image types provides several advantages. For example, we can apply uniform security policies across all image formats, we can adaptively select the most suitable cover image based on data length, network bandwidth and allowable distortions, etc. We present our algorithm based on the abstract concept of image components that can be adapted for JPEG, Bitmap, TIFF and PNG cover images. To the best of our knowledge, the proposed algorithm is the first Steganography algorithm that can work for multiple cover image formats. In addition, we have utilized concepts like capacity pre-estimation, adaptive partition schemes and data spreading to embed secret data with enhanced security. The proposed method is tested for robustness against Steganalysis with favorable results. Moreover, comparative results for the proposed algorithm are very promising for three different cover image formats.
A diagnosis of pancreatic cancer is one of the worst cancers that may be received anywhere in the world; the five‐year survival rate is very less. The majority of cases of this condition may be traced back to pancreatic cancer. Due to medical image scans, a significant number of cancer patients are able to identify abnormalities at an earlier stage. The expensive cost of the necessary gear and infrastructure makes it difficult to disseminate the technology, putting it out of the reach of a lot of people. This article presents detection of pancreatic cancer in CT scan images using machine PSO SVM and image processing. The Gaussian elimination filter is utilized during the image preprocessing stage of the removal of noise from images. The K means algorithm uses a partitioning technique to separate the image into its component parts. The process of identifying objects in an image and determining the regions of interest is aided by image segmentation. The PCA method is used to extract important information from digital photographs. PSO SVM, naive Bayes, and AdaBoost are the algorithms that are used to perform the classification. Accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity of the PSO SVM algorithm are better.
Traffic in today’s cities is a serious problem that increases travel times, negatively affects the environment, and drains financial resources. This study presents an Artificial Intelligence (AI) augmented Mobile Ad Hoc Networks (MANETs) based real-time prediction paradigm for urban traffic challenges. MANETs are wireless networks that are based on mobile devices and may self-organize. The distributed nature of MANETs and the power of AI approaches are leveraged in this framework to provide reliable and timely traffic congestion forecasts. This study suggests a unique Chaotic Spatial Fuzzy Polynomial Neural Network (CSFPNN) technique to assess real-time data acquired from various sources within the MANETs. The framework uses the proposed approach to learn from the data and create prediction models to detect possible traffic problems and their severity in real time. Real-time traffic prediction allows for proactive actions like resource allocation, dynamic route advice, and traffic signal optimization to reduce congestion. The framework supports effective decision-making, decreases travel time, lowers fuel use, and enhances overall urban mobility by giving timely information to pedestrians, drivers, and urban planners. Extensive simulations and real-world datasets are used to test the proposed framework’s prediction accuracy, responsiveness, and scalability. Experimental results show that the suggested framework successfully anticipates urban traffic issues in real-time, enables proactive traffic management, and aids in creating smarter, more sustainable cities.
Steganography is a technique for hiding secret messages while sending and receiving communications through a cover item. From ancient times to the present, the security of secret or vital information has always been a significant problem. The development of secure communication methods that keep recipient-only data transmissions secret has always been an area of interest. Therefore, several approaches, including steganography, have been developed by researchers over time to enable safe data transit. In this review, we have discussed image steganography based on Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) algorithm, etc. We have also discussed image steganography based on multiple hashing algorithms like the Rivest–Shamir–Adleman (RSA) method, the Blowfish technique, and the hash-least significant bit (LSB) approach. In this review, a novel method of hiding information in images has been developed with minimal variance in image bits, making our method secure and effective. A cryptography mechanism was also used in this strategy. Before encoding the data and embedding it into a carry image, this review verifies that it has been encrypted. Usually, embedded text in photos conveys crucial signals about the content. This review employs hash table encryption on the message before hiding it within the picture to provide a more secure method of data transport. If the message is ever intercepted by a third party, there are several ways to stop this operation. A second level of security process implementation involves encrypting and decrypting steganography images using different hashing algorithms.
Image steganography is a technique of concealing confidential information within an image without dramatically changing its outside look. Whereas vehicular ad hoc networks (VANETs), which enable vehicles to communicate with one another and with roadside infrastructure to enhance safety and traffic flow provide a range of value-added services, as they are an essential component of modern smart transportation systems. VANETs steganography has been suggested by many authors for secure, reliable message transfer between terminal/hope to terminal/hope and also to secure it from attack for privacy protection. This paper aims to determine whether using steganography is possible to improve data security and secrecy in VANET applications and to analyze effective steganography techniques for incorporating data into images while minimizing visual quality loss. According to simulations in literature and real-world studies, Image steganography proved to be an effective method for secure communication on VANETs, even in difficult network conditions. In this research, we also explore a variety of steganography approaches for vehicular ad-hoc network transportation systems like vector embedding, statistics, spatial domain (SD), transform domain (TD), distortion, masking, and filtering. This study possibly shall help researchers to improve vehicle networks’ ability to communicate securely and lay the door for innovative steganography methods.
