Uffe Bodtger is a professor in respiratory medicine with a special interest in improving the non-pharmacological treatment of various respiratory diseases and in personalized diagnostics of suspected thoracic malignancy. Uffe Bodtger is head of the Respiratory Research Center of Region Zealand, Denmark, and a steering committee member of the Danish Lung Cancer Group and the Danish Lung Cancer Research Center. He is a board member of the Danish Respiratory Society and head of the Pleural Interest Group, and is involved in international research groups and guideline groups.
