CHIEN-LUNG HSU received M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in information management from the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, in 1997 and 2002, respectively. From August 2009 to May 2012, he was Director of the Chinese Cryptology and Information Security Association (CCISA), Taiwan. From August 2012 to July 2013, he was a visiting scholar at the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, University of Central Florida, Orlando, FL, USA. He is currently a Joint Professor at the Department of Information Management and the Graduate Institute of
Management, Chang Gung University, Taiwan. His research interests include smart healthcare, computer security, information security, cryptography, digital rights management, and auto-identification technology. He has a many publications related to the research interests. Dr. Hsu was listed in the World’s Top 2% Scientists 2020. From August 2013 to August 2016, he was Chair of the Department of Information Management, Chang Gung University.
