I analyse genomic and transcriptomic data and I use them to describe evolutive process of multigenic family involved in detoxification. I am also in charge of curation of cytochrome P450 gene families in several consortia (insects, parasites, algae, etc..) which ease the elaboration and the interpretation of experimentations based on lepidoptera adaptation to their host plants and toward pesticides.
