Manzoor Ahmed Khan (Member, IEEE) received the Habilitation and Ph.D. degrees in computer science from Technical University Berlin, Germany. He has been working as the Research Director at the Distributed Artificial Intelligence Laboratory, TU Berlin, and as an Assistant Professor at the Computer and Network Engineering Department, College of IT, UAEU. He has been leading and a core team member of the large-scale projects of Germany and the European Union in the area of 5G for autonomous driving, eHealth, and industry 4.0. His main research interests include implanting intelligence in future mobile networks, autonomous driving, network virtualization, and digital/smart roads.
