Dr. Bogdan Pavel has been a Associate Professor at the Physiology Department, “Carol Davila” University of Medicine and Pharmacy, since 2025. He earned his M.D. as an ICU specialist and his Ph.D. from the institution where he currently works. He specializes in anesthesia and intensive care, and his skills cover cardiac function, ischemia, coronary artery disease, the parietal lobe, hemostasis, functional connectivity, cardioprotection, and preconditioning.
