Yanli Tang is a professor in the school of chemistry and chemical engineering, Shaanxi Normal University. She received her Ph.D. degree in organic chemistry under the supervision of Professor Shu Wang at the Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, in 2007. Following three years as a postdoctoral researcher in Professor David G. Whitten’s group at the Center for Biochemical Engineering, University of New Mexico, she became an associate professor in the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Shaanxi Normal University. In October 2014, she became a full professor in chemistry. Her current research interests include functional conjugated polymers materials, nanomaterials, biosensors, and biomedical applications.
