In this paper, the operational matrix based on Bernstein wavelets is presented for solving fractional SIR model with unknown parameters. The SIR model is a system of differential equations that arises in medical science to study epidemiology and medical care for the injured. Operational matrices merged with the collocation method are used to convert fractional-order problems into algebraic equations. The Adams–Bashforth–Moulton predictor correcter scheme is also discussed for solving the same. We have compared the solutions with the Adams–Bashforth predictor correcter scheme for the accuracy and applicability of the Bernstein wavelet method. The convergence analysis of the Bernstein wavelet has been also discussed for the validity of the method.
The key purpose of the present work is to examine a fractional giving up smoking model pertaining to a new fractional derivative with non-singular kernel. The numerical simulations are conducted with the aid of an iterative technique. The existence of the solution is discussed by employing the fixed point postulate, and the uniqueness of the solution is also proved. The effect of various parameters is shown graphically. The numerical results for the smoking model associated with the new fractional derivative are compared with numerical results for a smoking model pertaining to the standard derivative and Caputo fractional derivative.

This article deals with a fractional extension of Biswas–Milovic (BM) model having Kerr and parabolic law nonlinearities. The BM model plays a key role in describing the long-distance optical communications. The fractional homotopy analysis transform technique (FHATM) is applied to examine the BM equation involving Atangana–Baleanu (AB) derivative of fractional order. The FHATM is constructed by using homotopy analysis technique, Laplace transform algorithm and homotopy polynomials. The numerical simulation work is performed with the aid of maple software package. In order to demonstrate the effects of order of AB operator, variables and parameters on the displacement, the results are shown graphically. The outcomes of the present investigation are very encouraging and show that the AB fractional operator is very useful in mathematical modelling of natural phenomena.
In this work, we study the diabetes model and its complications with the Caputo–Fabrizio fractional derivative. A deterministic mathematical model pertaining to the fractional derivative of the diabetes mellitus is discussed. The analytical solution of the diabetes model is derived by exerting the homotopy analysis method, the Laplace transform and the Padé approximation. Moreover, existence and uniqueness of the solution are examined by making use of fixed point theory and the Picard–Lindelof approach. Ultimately, for illustrating the obtained results some numerical simulations are performed.

The pivotal aim of this paper was to analyze a new fractional model of chemical kinetics system related to a newly discovered Atangana-Baleanu derivative with fractional order having non-singular and non-local kernel. The numerical solution is derived by making use of the iterative scheme. The existence of the solution of chemical kinetics system of arbitrary order is examined by implementing the fixed-point theorem. The uniqueness of the special solution of the studied model is shown. The effect of different variables and order of arbitrary ordered derivative on concentrations is demonstrated in tabular and graphical forms. The numerical results for chemical kinetics system pertaining to the newly derivative with fractional order are compared with the chemical kinetics system involving classical derivative.
