Dr. Jelena Mijalković (Jovanović) (https://orcid.org/0000-0002-0343-1872) is an early-stage scientist, holding a Ph.D. degree in biotechnology since December 2018. She has 9 years of research experience in biotechnology and biochemical engineering; in the field of food protein isolation, bioconversion, modification by sonication, protein separation, peptide isolation and characterization, and encapsulation techniques. She has published 20 SCI papers cited 194 times (excluding self-citations) with an h-index of 9, mainly from the field of food protein technology, protein chemistry, bioreactor configuration, ultrasonic processing, and ultrafiltration separation techniques.
