My areas of interest include assessment of preharvest factors affecting quality, understanding physiological and biochemical processes and factors affecting shelf life and quality (consumer and nutritive aspects) of perishables. My overall goal is to help farming community and industry by developing relevant solution to the problems for improving value chains of fresh produce.
