Paulo Ferreira is an economist and holds a Ph.D. in management. With several peer-reviewed published papers in international reviews and technical books, his research focuses on the analysis of financial markets and entrepreneurship. He is a full professor at the Polytechnic Institute of Portalegre and has teaching experience at other higher education institutions, namely Universidade Moderna, Universidade Metodista (Angola), Instituto Superior de Línguas e Administração de Leiria, Universidade de Évora, and Universidade Europeia. He is a researcher at VALORIZA—Research Center for Endogenous Resource Valuation (Portalegre)—and at CEFAGE (University of Évora). He is currently Pro-President for the Research, Innovation, and Technology Transfer at the Polytechnic Institute of Portalegre.
