Laura Borgogni, is Professor of Psychology of Work and Organizations at Sapienza University of Rome where she teaches "Evaluation and Talent Management". She deals with research and intervention on issues related to the development of personal resources, with particular reference to self-efficacy, psychological capital and work engagement. He is a specialist in clinical psychology. Since 2010 she is a member of the evaluation team and OIV for the Polytechnic of Milan. She is author of numerous national and international scientific publications.
