Giulia Paganin is a PhD candidate at the University of Milano-Bicocca. Her research focuses on workers' technology acceptance in different contexts. In addition, she is interested in the use of new technologies (e.g., smartphone apps and virtual reality) as tools for delivering interventions to promote workers’ well-being and manage work-related stress.
