Dr. Al-Bsheish is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Healthcare Management at Batterjee College of Medicine (BMC). His experience in the practical and academic fields spans more than 15 years. Al-Bsheish received his Ph.D. in Healthcare Management from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). His research interests lie in the field of healthcare management, from safety performance theory to its practical application in the healthcare sector
